We want you to be confident in FuryHack. If you're not satisfied with a paid membership, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no hard feelings.
Email hello@furyhack.com from the address on your account, with your purchase details. We aim to process approved refunds within a few business days, back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country, including any right of withdrawal for digital purchases.
