We want you to be confident in FuryHack. If you're not satisfied with a paid membership, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Email hello@furyhack.com from the address on your account, with your purchase details. We aim to process approved refunds within a few business days, back to your original payment method via Stripe.

Fair-use conditions

• The guarantee is intended for genuine evaluation. Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse — for example, downloading or copying large amounts of paid content, or completing a certification exam and then requesting a refund.
• Once a certificate has been issued to you, that certification fee is non-refundable.
• Free courses involve no payment and therefore no refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country, including any right of withdrawal for digital purchases.
