Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data FuryHack ("we", "us") collects, why, and your rights over it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that make FuryHack work — primarily Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider — and only as needed. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable law.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising trackers.

5. Data retention

We keep account data while your account exists and as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. under GDPR/Swiss FADP), you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@furyhack.com.

7. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, hash passwords, and keep secrets out of the public web root. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Changes & contact

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change. Questions or requests? Contact us or email hello@furyhack.com.
